Yummy Bars

18 oz package of German Chocolate Cake Mix
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup evaporated milk

Combine above ingredients. Spread 1/2 of mixture in greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 6 minutes.

8 oz chocolate chips
1 cup nuts (optional)

Sprinkle above over cake.

13 oz caramels (50 individually wrapped)
1/3 cup evaporated milk

Melt above in microwave, stirring often. Drizzle over cake. Note: A small bottle of caramel ice cream topping can be substituted for the caramels and evaporated milk--just drizzle ice cream topping over cake.

Drop remaining half of cake mixture in teaspoon sized drops over caramel on cake.

Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Cut into 2 inch by 2 inch squares.
